Terms and Conditions
Straightforward service terms for Pure Clean Yorkshire customers. Please read these before booking or setting up payment.
1. Services
Pure Clean Yorkshire provides residential and exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, and conservatory roof cleaning. The exact service, frequency and price will be agreed before work begins.
2. Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. This may include unlocked gates, cleared pathways, closed windows and moved obstacles where needed.
3. Weather and scheduling
We work in typical British weather and will only rearrange when conditions are unsafe or likely to affect the result. Visit dates can vary because of weather, route planning, access or operational reasons.
4. Payments
Payment is due after cleaning unless otherwise agreed. Direct Debit customers are charged only after the clean has taken place and receive email confirmation before payment leaves the account.
5. First cleans and extras
First cleans, one-off cleans and additional services may be charged differently to regular maintenance cleans. Any agreed extras can be added to the payment request or Direct Debit instruction.
6. Direct Debit Guarantee
Direct Debit payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. If a mistake is made by your bank, building society or payment provider, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank or building society.
7. Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a visit. Repeated failed access or short-notice cancellations may affect your regular slot.
8. Complaints and quality
If something is not right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it fairly and put it right where appropriate.
