We like to keep things simple.
Our Direct Debit takes around 2 minutes to set up. Once it is in place, our system automatically debits your account after we have cleaned your windows.
The setup process will not ask you to enter a price. The Direct Debit links to our system and takes the agreed amount only after the clean has been completed.
It can handle first clean pricing and then revert to your standard clean price afterwards. If you ever add extras, such as fascia and soffit cleaning, gutter clearing or a conservatory roof clean, we can adjust the payment for that too.
You will always receive an email after we have been to let you know the payment has started and what date it will leave your account, usually 3–5 days after the clean.
If we do not clean for any reason, payment is not taken. As with all Direct Debits, it is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
